We are including in this page, general information and forms that are helpful in understanding our collective roles in the services we offer and in case of any damage or stolen items. We believe our customers deserve to know our responsibilities when it comes to inter-state and intra-state moving. We pride ourselves in giving the customer want they want and need to make informed decisions when it comes to moving personal possessions, freight, business, and office items, employees and armed forces personnel. For your convenience, we have provided all claims forms as well as information online to expedite your claim process. Please complete the claims forms above and proceed.
Receipt of your claim will be acknowledged and a claims adjustor will be assigned. Your claims adjuster will review the claim and contact you if necessary with any further instructions. All claims will be processed within 60 days from date of receipt.
Since all damaged items are subject to inspection, please do not proceed with any repairs and do not dispose of any damaged items. A “comments” section has been provided at the end of the claim form should you need to provide further explanation for any items or issues referenced in your claim.
