The trouble is, everyone says they do that, so customers don’t know who to trust.
Faithful Moving & Storage NO-SHOW policy proves to customers that those promises aren’t empty. It’s like a warranty, but instead of covering our quality of work, it covers our experience.
Here’s how it works:
If you set an appointment and our movers don’t show up WE WILL give $200 directly.
It’s not a no-show if:
- We cancel the appointment at least an hour before the agreed time.
- We are just running late (up to one hour)
Yes! If we say we are going to be there, and then don’t show up, it’s still a no-show.
What if I have an arrival window?
We still need to give notice at least one hour before the arrival window starts.
